Proposing on a cruise in the San Diego Harbor could be the perfect proposal idea.  You could propose on a sail boat or a boat with a motor, on a kayak, or any other way you can get on the water.  You could propose in the afternoon with amazing ocean views or opt for a night proposal and catch a great view of the city.  So many options!

Sunset Cliffs

This is one of my favorite proposal locations.  You can see in the pictures why.  The picturesque setting is simply a wonderful backdrop for a romantic proposal.

Top of Mount Soledad

Mount Soledad would be a great place to propose in San Diego for a spiritual couple since it is home of Mount Soledad cross.

Balboa Park

Balboa Park has so many different places you could propose at.  You could propose during a picnic, you could incorporate one of the museums, or even try to get your proposal incorporated into a play.  There are just so many options here it is definitely worth checking out.
