Isn’t this photo so lovely? And it totally captures the beautiful fall proposal idea that we planned for Jason. Jason contacted us to plan his proposal to his girlfriend Stacey on their upcoming trip to New Orleans. Louisiana has special a place in this couple’s heart. They met in Baton Rouge and they conceived their twins in New Orleans. So Jason knew this was the perfect place to propose.
Next we needed to come up with the perfect proposal idea. Jason and Stacey’s special song is River & Roads so we wanted to do the proposal right on the water. We chose the beautiful Audubon Park. We wanted to incorporate everything Stacey loves which are yellow roses, her children, and that song. Here is how it went down:
Stacey and Jason walked up to the park where she saw the romantic proposal setup. A guitarist standing nearby played their special song. In the center of the setup was a beautiful yellow map of Louisiana with their names and 2 hearts in the cities that mean the most to them. That map was surrounded with vibrant yellow roses in baskets, yellow rose petals, and framed photos of their children.
When Stacey saw the setup, she was beaming. Jason dropped to his knee to propose and she said YES!!
