We are so excited to start off another great year by sharing one of our favorite proposals from last year! Dennis hired The Heart Bandits to plan the perfect proposal idea for his girlfriend Magnolia. Immediately, when we heard her name, images of white, gorgeous magnolia flowers came to our mind. When we got to know more details about Dennis and Magnolia, we learned that they had an intense love for each other; a love they jokingly referred to as a “psycho love.” We presented the concept to Dennis to merge the glamour and grandeur of magnolia flowers with the inside love reference so special to them to create the proposal below.
Dennis told Magnolia they were going to have dinner and Magnolia was quite surprised to see the sign that said “Psycho Love Cafe,” in front of the venue. She walked inside and got the surprise of her life.
She was floored by the gorgeous and lush floral arrangements that adorned the grand staircase. The arrangements included magnolias, just for her. Dennis walked her up to the flowers and stood her in between them when suddenly, a guitarist walked up to her and handed her a frame!
Inside the frame were lyrics to a song written just for her. The song was of course called, “Psycho Love.” The guitarist performed the beautiful custom song for her, and then Dennis dropped to his knee to propose.
Magnolia said yes!!! The couple then sat down to have a lovely catered meal in a completely private and grand space, just the two of them. We couldn’t be happier for the two of them and wish them all the best.
