E! First Look released the prep work for Kim Kardashian’s proposal. I have to say, I was expecting the worse but you know what? The Heart Bandits approve! Although we do not think that proposing in her bedroom was the smoothest move, the marriage proposal concept itself was beautiful. Here is why.

The Details

When you are proposing marriage, creating the ambiance has to be on the forefront of your mind.  Candles and rose petals a must.  Pictures of you and hour honey are extra bonus points.  We love how Kris spelled out “Will You Marry Me” with rose petals. Also, lighting candles and putting the candles in a heart shape is a total tearjerker.

He Thought About What She Would Like

One of the things we always tell our Clients is to determine what kind of a marriage proposal would your girlfriend want.  Would she want an intimate proposal where there are not too many people around?  And for a celebrity that sure seems like it would be the case.  Or is she the kind of girl who loves to be the center of attention?  Kris stated that their love was simple and so he didn’t want any gimmicks.

Kris got down on one knee to propose to Kim.  This is a timeless tradition and now matter how elaborate and over-the-top proposals have become, getting down on one knee to propose has never gone out of style.  And it never will.
