Sometimes it can be hard to know where to look to find inspiration for your upcoming proposal. Never fear – the proposal experts at the Heart Bandits are here to help. Check out these tips for finding proposal inspiration.
Online
There are so many places to look online for proposal inspiration. Pinterest is a great place to start with many boards devoted to proposals and dream weddings. You can find pins that you like and add them to a proposal inspiration board to use later. YouTube is fantastic because you can actually watch proposals in action. See what other people have done, and choose elements that you like to incorporate into your own proposal. Of course, you’ve already found a great site for inspiration – TheHeartBandits.com. Look back over some of the proposals we’ve planned for clients – prepare to be inspired!
Movies and TV
There are tons of movies that feature proposals – some have a wedding proposal that is the main focus of the film. For a list of films with wedding proposals, check out imdb.com. If you’re more of a TV fan, there are channels that are devoted to proposals and even weddings! Check your local listings to subscribe, or use a streaming service like Netflix.
Talk to Your Friends and Family
Chances are, you know people who have proposed. Get some valuable advice from those that have gone before you. Did they do something particularly meaningful or special for their partner that you could replicate? Even if you don’t get ideas that will work for you, you will still enjoy time with people you care about, and hear some interesting stories as well. But whatever you do, don’t copy another proposal. No one wants the same exact proposal story as their friend has.
If you need proposal help and guidance, the expert proposal planners at The Heart Bandits are always ready to pitch in. With years of professional proposal planning, The Heart Bandits have the experience that you’re looking for.
