Talk to Your Friends and Family
Chances are, you know people who have proposed. Get some valuable advice from those that have gone before you. Did they do something particularly meaningful or special for their partner that you could replicate? Even if you don’t get ideas that will work for you, you will still enjoy time with people you care about, and hear some interesting stories as well. But whatever you do, don’t copy another proposal. No one wants the same exact proposal story as their friend has.
