I love, love, love this Chicago marriage proposal that we are sharing with you today. Desmond knew exactly what he wanted when he came to us for some proposal help. He had seen our many a cappella proposals online and he knew he wanted one too. He wanted the group to surprise his girlfriend with the song “Marry Me” by Train. He just needed some help from The Heart Bandits with the planning, venue, and special touches.
For the venue we recommended the gorgeous Crystal Gardens which Desmond quickly fell in love with.
They were doing the typical tourist activities when Desmond suggested they go check out Crystal Gardens at the Navy Pier. They headed over to the area we designated for the proposal and Elizabeth was a bit surprised to see her favorite flowers, blue hydrangeas, in a box on a bench.
Desmond sat her down and little did she know, the biggest surprise was yet to come. Suddenly, the singers came and began singing the song. They all got on one knee one by one and Desmond followed suit. Congrats to the lovely couple and thank you for letting The Heart Bandits be a part of this special day.
