I’m about to lay some romance education on you so get ready. I’m far from an expert at this but I know just enough to get by, but did you (I’m mainly talking to men here) know that there are different kinds of flowers other than roses? It’s a shocker I know but knowing this could help you expand your romance repertoire tremendously. For The Heart Bandits Romance Tip of the Week, I’m going to tell you about some other kinds of flowers that will be great gifts to give your partner that are different than roses and will give you a different way of showing romance. It is a great idea to send your sweetie different types of flowers for different days of the week to show how much you care.

Lilies

These flowers have longer pedals that slowly bend backward and give the flower a delicate charm. They come in many colors and there’s different types such as Stargazers, Peruvian, and White Calla. Give these out to your loved one on a special occasion to show variety to your flower gifts.

Tulips

Tulips come in very bright colors so they would be great for a birthday or a festive type of celebration to give her.

Daisies

This is a delicate flower that is simple but bright and is a good gift to give if she’s not feeling well. They have longer life spans than most flowers and can provide a positive aura in its surrounding.

Sunflowers

These are typically associated with spring and summer. If you want to cheer up your sweetie then try giving her some of these. They brighten up a room and will brighten up her day.

Peonies

I know these types of flowers because Michele wanted them for our wedding but they were out of season unfortunately (their season is April to June). They are very beautiful flowers because they hold a lot of petals in a small area and when they bloom they look very nice. They come in many soft colors so give one to your loved one as a sweet and romantic gift.
