Gebe initially came to us because he was interested in one our proposal packages in Central Park. However, he really wanted his proposal to be somewhere private and Central Park isn’t exactly a place you go for privacy. He ended up hiring us for our Custom Proposal Planning so that we could find him a private area for his marriage proposal that they could go back to in the future and it would be “their place.” We presented the idea of renting out a private garden right in the middle of Manhattan and he loved it!
Gebe is so clearly in love with Tina so we created signs to display around the garden that expressed some of his innermost feelings. When he and Tina arrived, he walked her around the garden and they read them together. He lead her to the end of the garden where Tina found a surprise that touched her to the core. Displayed on a gorgeous gold sparkly linen, next to a beautiful arrangement of flowers in her favorite color, was a framed letter. The letter was from Gebe, explaining to Tina that before her father passed, he did speak to him and get his blessing to propose to her. She was so swept away with emotion, only to turn around and find Gebe on one knee proposing!
